Gather a defined batch.

Packaging Intelligence & Operations
Packaging Intelligence & Operations
Packaging declarations arrive in different formats. Units, components and supporting records do not always agree. A focused review can bring a defined batch together, show the gaps and prepare a source-linked answer for the person making the decision.
Tell us which decision is stuck. Please do not attach supplier files or customer data yet.

Current stage Bounded pilot development
Evidence Public and synthetic tests, not accepted customer delivery
Engagement Every job needs a separate agreed scope
The work in three moves
Identify the records, product family, units and permitted source set.
Preserve conflicting values and missing proof instead of silently choosing a result.
Give the supplier, customer or qualified adviser a source-linked answer and clear open questions.
Explore a possible scope. These are service directions under validation, not seven established businesses or production-ready promises.
Record usability
Reconcile a defined batch of supplier declarations, retain conflicting values and units, and give the accountable reviewer a component ledger and question list.
Organize a product-family evidence master for one named customer format, without pretending the supplier lacks existing documentation.
Map customer-approved source fields to a specific target schema and return rejected rows for review. Production access and import remain separate decisions.
Evidence maintenance
Against an approved baseline, identify which declared SKUs or components a new document affects and preserve reviewer decisions. Ongoing work needs an agreed change allowance.
Map an exact proposed claim to its sources, exclusions and missing proof. Qualified legal or technical reviewers decide whether a claim may be published.
Operating decisions
Compare a customer-authorized carrier contract, shipment population and invoices against explicit rules. A scenario is not a realized saving.
Organize an authorized configuration, specification, sample manifest and questions for the selected laboratory. Engineers and laboratories retain test and approval responsibility.
Contact kapitalK
Tell us the product family, the record types, who needs the answer, and the approximate number of items. We can then discuss whether a limited review and a named output would help.
Email office@kapitalkassets.comPlease do not attach supplier files, customer records or private data in the first email. If the work fits, we will agree the scope and permitted way to review source material before any files are shared.
Public page revised October 8, 2026
This is a kapitalK venture record maintained by Keith Hennings. kapitalK is a trade name, not a separately incorporated company. The proposed services are under commercial validation; no paid client, accepted scope, revenue or customer result is represented by this page.
We do not determine EPR obligations, file reports, certify packaging or environmental claims, approve product safety, perform laboratory testing or guarantee shipping savings. Suppliers, customers and their qualified advisers retain the relevant decisions.
Keep credentials, confidential code, customer information, buyer identities and protected diligence out of general email. Any sensitive intake, NDA, contract, binding term, spending or professional review requires its separate authorized process.
