Access and site trust

Public site standard

Accessibility, privacy & security.

The aim is a public record that people can read and navigate without avoidable barriers—and that does not ask visitors to surrender unnecessary data.

Accessibility approach

This site uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA as its technical target. That target supports the U.S. Department of Justice’s guidance that public-facing businesses make online goods and services accessible, but it is not a warranty that every person, device, or assistive technology will encounter no barrier.

Structure

Pages use a declared language, one main heading, semantic landmarks, ordered headings, descriptive links, and a skip link to bypass repeated navigation.

Keyboard and focus

Every site action is a standard link, can be reached without a mouse, has a visible focus indicator, and is sized for touch and keyboard use.

Reading and display

Text and essential controls use high-contrast colors, content reflows on narrow screens, browser zoom remains available, and reduced-motion preferences are respected.

Ongoing review

Automated checks help find code defects, but they do not replace keyboard, zoom, responsive-layout, and assistive-technology review. Reports from visitors remain important.

Report an access barrier.

If any page, link, heading, contrast choice, or reading order makes this site difficult to use, email office@kapitalkassets.com.

Include the page address, the problem you encountered, and—only if you choose—the browser or assistive technology involved. Do not include passwords, financial information, confidential deal material, or sensitive personal records.

Accessibility reports are reviewed for correction. Alternative text or a plain-text copy of the affected public information can be requested through the same address.

Privacy and security boundaries

This is a static information site. It does not provide user accounts, payment collection, file uploads, public forms, advertising pixels, or first-party analytics. It does not intentionally store information submitted by visitors because the site itself has no submission mechanism.

The hosting and network providers may process ordinary request data and set operational or security cookies to deliver and protect the site. Following the email link opens the visitor’s own email service; correspondence is then handled outside this website.

A browser-enforced content policy restricts executable code and network connections on these pages. The site also avoids third-party font, script, advertising, and analytics requests. These controls reduce exposure; they do not make any public website invulnerable.

Security reports

Send a suspected vulnerability to office@kapitalkassets.com with the affected page and observed behavior. Do not access data that is not yours, disrupt service, impersonate another person, or include exploit code, credentials, or private records in the initial message.

This page records the site’s current design target, reporting path, and data boundaries. It is not legal advice, a certification of conformance, or a waiver of anyone’s rights. The site will be reassessed when its content, interactions, vendors, or legal context materially changes.
