Privacy notice

Public site notice

Privacy without surveillance.

This site is designed to publish a small public record without collecting visitor information for advertising, profiling, or lead scoring.

What this site handles

The public pages do not provide user accounts, payment fields, uploads, comments, or web forms. kapitalK has not added advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, session recording, or marketing cookies.

The hosting and network providers necessarily receive technical request data needed to deliver and protect the site. That can include an IP address, browser and device information, the requested page, timestamps, and security signals. The delivery platform may set cookies that are strictly operational or security-related. Those provider-controlled systems are not used here to build a kapitalK advertising profile.

Email is separate

If you use the displayed email address, your message and its metadata are handled by the email services used by you and kapitalK. Do not send confidential code, credentials, customer records, personal datasets, or private transaction materials before an appropriate agreement and authorized channel are in place.

Retention and disclosure

kapitalK keeps correspondence and business records only as reasonably needed for the inquiry, operations, recordkeeping, dispute prevention, or legal obligations. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or systems, or to service providers acting for those limited purposes. The site does not offer visitor data for sale.

Questions or requests

For a privacy question about this site or correspondence you sent, email office@kapitalkassets.com. Describe the relevant interaction and the request without including new sensitive information. Identity may need to be verified before a request concerning personal information is fulfilled.

This notice describes the current site design; it is not a promise that internet transmission or third-party infrastructure is risk-free. Material changes to collection practices should be reflected here before they are introduced.
